1. Pain Free Deep Tissue Massage - 6 CEUs
Offered by Loren Impson, this class will teach you techniques to give a deep tissue massage which is pain free for your client as well as protects you from developing chronic irritation from your work. Loren has been involved in Massage for over 25 years and brings some interesting and simple techniques for you to take home.
2. Thai Massage - 6 CEUs taught by Loren Impson
You will learn a wonderful method of working on clients on a mat or on a table to use the stretching and compressive techniques of thai. Thai is good for people who may wish to stay clothed, yet want to experience the benefits of massage.
3. Fire and Ice - 12 CEUs taught by Loren Impson.
In this class you will learn the integration of Hot Stone which is wonderfully nurturing, and ice to change the muscle memory which is responsible for chronic problems like FibroMyalgia. Be prepared to learn something which can change the lives of your clients!

4. Introduction to Aromatherapy for Massage Therapists - 12 CEUs
Instructor: Trisha Adams, Registered Aromatherapist, Licensed Massage Therapist. Trisha has been a massage therapist for over 13 years. She has taught aromatherapy classes to massage therapist, estheticians, and to those who are interested in learning more about the wonderful and healing attributes of pure essential oils. Her classes are hands-on, informative, and interactive. Students come away with useful information that will enhance their business and personal lives.
The class is designed for students to learn how to incorporate pure essential oils into their massage practice. Profiles of 10 or more essential oils will be presented throughout the class. Selection of appropriate essential oils, usage guidelines, blending techniques and determining the cost of personalized blends are addressed. Contraindications, safety, ethical, and legal issues are included in the class discussion. Students will pair up, interview each other, make a blend, and give and receive a massage using the essential oil blends they create in class.
Each student receives a kit that includes five essential oils, 1/7 ounce each, (Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lavender, Orange, and Rosemary), 4 ounces of massage oil, 1 ounce of lotion and blending bottles. These will be used for the in-class massage and the remainder belongs to the students.
5. Shiatsu – 6 CEUs
Shiatsu is a style of Japanese bodywork that focuses on the body’s meridians or energy pathways, to stimulate acupressure points. This allows stagnant energy (chi) to flow throughout the body, while promoting healing and rejuvenation for you and your clients.
In this six hour class, you will learn the basic techniques and body mechanics necessary to give and receive this extraordinary body work.
Taught by Lauren Bresnik, LMT, who is a Certified Shiatsu Therapist with three years experience and over 600 hours of training specific to Shiatsu. She trained at the Ohashiatsu Institute in Evanston , Illinois . She has a successful practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing Shiatsu in Little Rock .

8. A NMT View of the Shoulder Girdle - 6 CEUs
We will cover specific anatomy of the shoulder girdle and many common pain patterns located there. Hands on will cover treatment options for all clients no matter how sensitive they are.
9. Headaches, Headaches, Headaches - 6 CEUs
We will cover many different types of headaches such as; tension, sinus, migraine and TMJD. Treatment plans for each will be provided.
10. Working a Plan - 6 CEUs
We will cover basic intake, common contraindications and how to formulate an individual treatment plan. as well as how to communicate effectively with other health care providers. You will also learn to do directed massage which is often required when working in the clinical setting.
11. Chair Massage 101 - 6 CEUs
A total overview of the world of chair massage will be covered in this class. Students will learn a basic routine as well as marketing techniques to create or re-invent your chair based business.
12. An NMT View of the Low Back - 6 CEUs
A new perspective for therapists on the many causes and treatments for low back pain. We will review the specific anatomy as well as many treatment approaches to help rid clients of low back pain forever.
13. Integrated Neuromuscular Therapy - 12 CEUs
You will learn to proactivate your clients in their own healing process. Learn in one weekend, a modality that works well on the injured or those with chronic pain. It can easily be mastered in one weekend.
14. Trigger Points Plus - 6 CEUs
Curious about trigger points and the pain patterns they create? We will cover not only trigger points but also tender points and the pain patterns caused by each.
